Link & Learn
HEM Alliance invites people from the community to join us for their monthly Link & Learn, a time dedicated to connection, mentorship, and positive role modeling for young men in extended foster care.
These gatherings provide an opportunity to build relationships, share life experiences, and create meaningful moments with our residents in a safe and supportive environment.
